Crown Communities is excited to announce the successful acquisition of Fawn Creek Homes, a well-established family-owned business with roots dating back to 1969. This strategic move is poised to propel our company’s growth, enabling us to extend our brand into new territories while upholding the highest standards in community development and housing.

Fawn Creek Homes now stands as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Crown Communities, operating seamlessly under its name and brand, while preserving the existing community names. The management of the property will be entrusted to Kodiak Property Management on behalf of Crown Communities.
